Do tractors and other vehicles Farmville do something?

Does buying them make things faster or what? I started playin it like last week so I do not know … Anyone?

Everything is faster with one vehicle. If you buy a drill you can plant the seeds of your choice to 4 parcels at a time. If you buy the harvester, you can harvest your crops 4 parcels at a time. If you buy the plow, you can plow your land 4 plots both. They recently released a tape, if you use your plow to till the land you get the tapes after a certain number of plots have been tilled. It makes farming much faster and easier. Note however that the fuel need to use the machinery is shared between the three. If you have only 1 tank of fuel without refills, you must wait until it will feed in taking a little bit. Other than that, if you have more than 1 refill of fuel it is easier to use more than one machine in one meeting to play the game or for however long you farm.
